I’m sorry but we are done with this petsmart store. In for a dog groom, but apparently being the customer doesn’t count for much anymore. When the groomer tells you what they are going to do, as in shave or cut this or that, instead of what the customer wants is a problem. Being told this looks matted so I’ll just cut it out, but when you tell the person those aren’t mats, that’s just how her hair is in that spot, just bath her, trim up any uneven areas, and brush her and the hair is perfect, we never have any issues at home. Then your told well I’ll just leave it. Not very respectful. For $45 just bath, trim the sanitary areas, nails, dry and brush as asked. I am older and picky but I am paying and own the dog (long hair Shih tzu). We have a problem with customer service in the younger areas as in “ I’ll do what I want, not what you ask for”!, sad. Just picked her up and left.
It's a smaller version of a standard Pet smart store. They did not have any cats or smaller pets to adopt (although they do have a few fish). The staff seemed very friendly and the rest of the store seemed pretty well stocked.
Love the store. Hate that they let just anyone do the fish section, they allowed me to have African cichlids of different races together that weren't supposed to be together they lied. I've ha another one give me fin and not even have air i n the bag, if they could improve that it would be great

They have the cutest pets. I just don't like the ferrets because they are always very smelly
