I love the food here, but they will usually give you a larger size meal without asking so watch what they charge you. Be prepared for a long wait even if there is no one else there, service is slow as molasses. It is easy to see why this place did not make it the first time.
Was fast, great service. The order taker was clear and easy to understand. The girl that brought our food was cheerful and thanked us. Would return again
i would give zero stars if i could! we drove from kings mountain to shelby so we could get sonic and when we got home, the footlong was completely burned and black... also both orders of large tots tasted gross like they used too much oil. we ordered two large drinks and even they were gross, like they need to clean their soda machine or something! worst experience i've ever had at a sonic. definitely going to a different location next time!
Hot dog tasted more like cheap jerky. Threw it away.
Great service. I don’t get why you have to pull up on the side to get your food delivered by your own window... I’m not much of a customer here.
