When I called with my problem, I had to leave a message. I assumed I would get he same response I got from a computer store in town - nothing! I was shocked when I got a call back so quickly. Randy was helpful and courteous. He was even able to log into my computer and fix my problem without even having to come to my desk.
The tech was professional and explained everything he did. He fixed my problem in less than two hours where another tech CHARGED ME and did not fix my problem
