This Tag office IS indeed located where it is listed, 118 N. Morgan St. The staff works to process applications quickly and professionally. It is my understanding this is a private business, and is a great improvement over going to DMV offices run by the state in other states.
They are NO longer at this location.
I was there to get new handicap placecards...When I went in the line was full! Although my foot was killing me I waited in the line!! My card expires on the last day of March...today is Friday the 31st. Tomorrow it is dead!!! She told me the only way I could get one is to go back out to my car get the one I had and wait in the line again...EXCUSE ME...guess it didn't occur to her that I was getting a handicap card for a reason!! I could see all the hoopla if it wasn't going to run out over the weekend but noooo I'm gonna have to go back and wait again because someone wants to be a jerk!! Sorry is what it is...instead of an attitude...you need to realize that if it wasn't for the people you serve you wouldn't have a job...try to treat people with respect not contempt or like you're above the people you serve...you know... like you want to be treated!!
Rude and unprofessional people
Everytime I go here there's always a line and the computers are always either messed up or offline. That's why there's always a line I guess. I used to go here a lot for several reasons. Having to stand in a line all the way out the door and finally get to a person and they make the experience worse. They act like we annoy them and their job and life sucks. McDonald's workers are nicer than most of the people in here. I've had 1 good person since I've been old enough to drive, and I'm 27 now!
