I know someone answering the phone is Extremely rude picked up the phone on 5-2-17 ..your paid by the citizens tax dollars and even your own taxes so your paying yourself to be rude on the phone for no reason .way to go lady .give yourself some time for ☮️ peace
I was going on a cruise and took my birth certificate from the hospital not one from the courthouse, so therefore I was not going to be allowed to board the ship and I had 6 other girls waiting on me. It was a Saturday and Betsy was on her way to a wedding but she took the time to listen to my ordeal and she spoke to the gentleman @ Carnival and they agreed she could fax over my birth certificate on Monday. Betsy took the time to do that on Monday but couldn't get it to go through so she kept trying over and over until finally she faxed it to the ship itself! As soon as I got home I went to see her and pay my fees as well as get me a TRUE birth certificate!! She was awesome and everyone in the office were sweethearts! Thank you so much Betsy for going above and beyond for a total stranger!!!
Thank you to the ladies in the office. It was difficult to find the new owner of a property when the heir had not recorded a deed after they inherited the property. But with their expertise, I was given the information that I needed to complete a work assignment. Thanks!
Earlier this week I needed to visit the Register of Deeds office in Shelby. What a pleasure it was because of the GREAT service I received. The ladies there were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I wish all Government facilities were as helpful as the ladies there.
