I work in healthcare myself so i know it can sometimes get hectic but having a bad attitude and being rude will not get you anywhere .

Receptionist answering phone's are very rude and have very bad attitudes. I had to reschedule an appointment for my grandmother and as I was trying to explain when the next available one was the staff answering phone was very rude and didnt want to repeat the information at all and when I explained I was trying to explain the next available one to my grandmother and her attitude wasn't necessary she just kept getting an attitude and being loud ,
