I had an appointment for my daughter who is handicapped and age 4 at that time, the driver came without a car seat and when I complained he put my daughter and I out of the truck and we had to walk back to my apartment!
I have had need to contact the office to let them know of a change in my child's schedule but no one answered the phone for hours and so I kept leaving messages and even let the driver know when she dropped my child off after school. I had to keep calling back that evening until someone finally answered!
Now that some brilliant person in CCS administration has decided to rearrange the transportation system without letting us parents know before school started my child is now assigned to this very unprofessional company. On the first day of school the booster seat was so fithly I asked the driver to please clean it or replace it. On the same day there was a teenager lying down asleep in the very back of the van.
This company does not even have an after hours on call number or person to contact if changes need to be made in any given situation. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service!!!!
They are on time they get you where you need be at the right time as well
As for today 9/20/17 I received a text from my child's teacher asking me if she was coming to school, (picture day), because she had not arrived and was late!!!!!!
