1. Reserved a car, was given a suv. Reservation was made 2 weeks in advance.

Rented a car online but when I got there would not rent the car to me with out utility bill. I have never been so upset. We rented for me to go see my aunt in hospice. Thanks enterprise we appreciate your service!

2. Scheduled pickup. Was picked up but informed that I would not be granted a drop off when returning the vehicle. This caused a hardship of scheduling someone to pick me up upon returning the vehicle.

I called in advance to let them know I was pressed for time to pick up my two week rental. They said no worries, they would be ready. The car was dirty inside and out. I didn't argue because I was on a timeline and did not expect to haggle to get a clean car. It got worse on my trip with unsafe wipers, during a rainy week. When I returned the car the GM did everything but apologize and make it right. He blamed the car care service saying they were the only ones in town with a direct bill to be able to clean the cars and they do a bad job. He blamed corporate stating the cars they are given from corporate with light interior are stained (which does not address the poor wiper situation BTW). When I let him know excuses were not what I was searching for, he still missed the opportunity to apologize and blamed me, stating I should have allowed more time when picking up the vehicle by expressing my concerns to him. He was the person who processed my rental. He knew the car he was assigning me was less than clean. As GM he should work with his vendors to deliver their promise to enable him to deliver his promise. He should learn that apologies can go a long way. I wasn't even looking for monetary compensation. Enterprise misses the mark on client services.

I have never been treated so rudely. I was waiting on the phone for over an hour. Had to go there 3 people were sitting there while my call was still on hold. Their excuse was they were so busy. No one else was there. Never again will I use this location. Almost makes this 20 year customer rethink using enterprise

Professional and efficient. I was in a big hurry. The staff made my trip possible to pick up my new truck on time . Without their proficient work I would have never made it before the Wholesale dealership out of state closed. Much appreciated
