I typically think the food at JJ is decent enough to go there for a quick lunch, but the simple fact that they allow smoking on the patio is enough to make me not return. I’m not sure why patrons are forced to breath smoke while they eat, especially when they chose the location because it has a nice little outdoor area to enjoy some fresh air while taking a break from work. Chain smoking Betty won today, even after calling inside to complain. I got a simple “OK” when I suggested it wasn’t fair to non smokers. Sorry JJ, you have lost my future business!
I'm going to give Jimmy John's 5 stars because of the service I received today!! Everyone was super nice & customer service skills are a must when running any business. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door & my sub was fixed no longer than the time it took to fix my sweet tea. It's in a good location as far as uptown and it is local. The only two minor issues I have is the crowded space of the area. There hardly was any parking spots and it was very expensive. Me and a friend ate and the total of the meal was $23.85 I got a reg 8 inch sub chips drink cookie my friend hot club sandwich chips drink and cookie phew glad my friend payed!! $$$$ all in all the sub was very delicious and it was very fresh and prepared fast with amazing service. I have to say I'd come back and I am enjoyed sitting on the patio on this beautiful afternoon!!!! Overall nice sub shop!✊✊
Service was the best I've ever had, at any location and my sub was done before I could even finish paying. Everyone was extremely friendly aswell. What more can you ask for?
Don't understand the negative reviews. Always been great for me, but they haven't been open very long for the people complaining
Just left the new Jimmy John's on N Lafayette Street. I was very disappointed. Bread was hard and the very small amount of Turkey was bland. I felt like I was eating a lettuce sandwich. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly.
