The shelves could have been arranged better. I did not find an item that I was looking for because of low stocking on the shelf.
I would have given a 5 star but there was not anyone in sight when I needed help finding what I purchased.
Wonderful and helpful as well as cost friendly . Staff helped me not only to figure out my problem with my appliance , but also helped me get the right supplies to correct the issue for less than 5$ . Super impressed .
To say this Lowe's and members of the staff are horrible is an understatement. My brother-in-law recently stopped in to get supplies for a project and asked an associate where to find putty. The individual told him to speak English h e didn't understand him. My brother-in-law is from New Zealand, so not only does he speak English, he speaks proper English. Being the nice guy he is he simply repeated himself and the associate proceeded to tell him he should just go back where he came from. My brother-in-law just turned and left. I am sure some will ask why he didn't write this review and the answer to that is he simply wanted to forget the incident, he has been in this country for 25 yrs and understands you can't fix all ignorance. I however think everyone should be aware of the kind of ignorance Lowe's chooses to hire and continuously employee.
I bought a small apartment washing machine online. I think they make em in Europe. Giantex is the brand. My faucet in the kitchen didn't match the threads of the hose that came with the washer. No stores in town had the part. Some told me I couldn't find it in Shelby. Then I found Danny @ Lowes. I don't like using BIG BOX STORES...but what a great experience. Danny went directly to the parts I needed. Danny is a great asset to Lowes. Thanks Danny!
