Checked in for a waxing, was told to sign the sheet and wait one man was in front of us when he was done they proceeded to check in four other people and wait on them. I went back to the counter and waited again and a lady named Jada had an attitude because I said since we couldn't get waited on I wanted to cancel our appointment and cancel our hair appointment for Monday. It wouldn't have been a big deal if we had accidentally been skipped over but she never offered an apology or even an offer to bring us back.
Bad haircuts here everytime. Never going back. Cannot fade for males, even though they say they can!

I went in and wanted my hair layered. My hair was at the middle of my back. Short hair Sara was more interested in who was up front than paying attention. She cut one side 3inches shorter and did not blend anything. When I left it was wet. Later when it dried I saw the difference. I called the and the manager ask me to come back and she would fix it. She did just enough to cover up. Now I am going to have to get it cut short to fix it. My hair was over 12 inches long. DON'T GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING
I went in with a specific style in mind: above the shoulders, parted to the left with choppy layers. Sara was an amazing stylist and after describing what i was looking for, she gave me exactly what I asked for. She is the first person to EVER cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Every time I've ever asked for choppy layers, the stylists have always just layered my hair and been done with it, but she actually took the time and made sure that it was perfect for me. She talked to me the entire time I was in there and was extremely friendly. i'm actually about to head there now and get my hair cut and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
