My mom and I were referred to this company by our insurance agency. We had black mold and severe water damage, so the first team they brought out one would work and the other would sleep on our couch when we told them what was happening they fired the guys and bought a new team out. The new team seemed like they knew what they were doing and it look like they laid the flooring out perfectly we had a five year warranty on the flooring, it hasn’t been two months since the new floor was put down, now it looks like the new flooring is separating we have tried to call this company multiple times and even emailed them, they have never gotten back to us, it seems like they have cut their losses and no longer will contact us even though we have a five year warranty with them. Mom and I are frustrated and now we will cut our losses with this company and try to find a new company who will do a better job than they will. If you’re looking for a better company I suggest you go someplace else. This company once they do their job they are gone, even if 2 months passes and it looks like your floor is separating they will no longer get back into contact with you.
I cannot comment on the quality of work from this person, but I can say that it is like pulling teeth to try and get any sort of response or reply when attempting to hire him out for a job. Expect to be expecting all the time to hear back from him in response to calls, emails and requests for information - and yet you NEVER will. If you enjoy being kept waiting and wondering if/when/ever you might even get a simple estimate for repairs in a situation where losses could result due to dragging one's feet to get a job done, then this is your man. Oh and also, along the way you are likely to be insulted and demeaned for daring to ask for prompt service and a fair price.
Keep in mind, this is a 24-hour emergency response service! Lol. As it turns out, we never did receive any sort of satisfaction, as up until the bitter end, we were treated with the attitude of "I'll get to you when I am good and ready and not a moment sooner." Well, nearly two weeks after the first fateful phone call, that moment still had not arrived. Needless to say it was time to move on... and so we did. NOT RECOMMENDED.
