Never EVER shop at Kimbrells! Worst furniture I've ever owned. I bought their furniture cash money and they lost my warranty for both transactions. I bought a recliner that broke after having it for 4 days after having a newborn. It took them almost 2 months to fix it. Looks good in the store. But actual quality and service stinks.
I was put down as a reference by a family member without my consent. I have told them frequently not to contact me regarding this account. They call me regularly. I block the numbers but they call from different numbers. It is harassment. They refuse to remove my information as a reference even though I’ve told them every time that I have nothing to do with the account. This is an insane business practice. I don’t even live in North Carolina. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
