Placing an order the day before Valentine's Day with this florist was a huge mistake! First problem was the person that answered to take my order could not get the information I was giving her correct.... my order had the name spelled incorrect and the name of the place of delivery was incorrect also. The address was correct. This was a disappointment after spending at least 30 minutes on the phone spelling out everything. The florist called asking my wife where to deliver...mind you the disregard of ruining a surprise! The owner or manager "Connie"made it her business to tell me numerous times that I did not tell them that I needed the flowers delivered early. It was 3:30pm in the afternoon. My wife gets off at 4 pm. Early to me is NOT late in the afternoon.
I have ordered flowers from Philann's Florist many times and have never been disappointed. The owners are always wonderful to help make selections that are appropriate and deliver them in a timely manner. The designers are talented and always willing to make an arrangement that makes me and the recipient happy. Thank you so much Philann's for the excellent service you provide.
