I hate to be rude, but this store drives me crazy!! They have a great selection and good prices, but every employee I meet seems to be absolutely miserable, all of the time! They are reluctant to help, have attitudes, or try to help but don't know enough about the store/their products to answer any questions. I usually avoid coming here, just because I always feel so unwelcome.
One can always find what they're looking for.
Friendly employees. I have reasonably pleasant experiences with the printing department almost every time I use their services. Even though i usually arrive at busy times of the day, the customer service is still quick and helpful.
