In all my 12 years of driving and needing service, this was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had.
My newly married husband and I were driving back from our honeymoon in the mountains to Raleigh. We noticed a knocking sound while driving through Shelby and decided to stop at an auto shop. We went to Monroe Tire & Service because they had great ratings. They immediately test drove our car and found that the tire was loose. They said it was a miracle the tire didn't pop off while driving through the mountains. They took care of it right away and didn't even charge us. These guys are truly amazing and we are beyond thankful for their help and generosity.
The staff at Monroe Tire in Shelby are always friendly and super helpful. I am new to the area and the tractor service center recommended them when I asked where could i get good reliable service for my truck locally.
Stopped in for a tire slow leak check and repair. We were pushed for time and they jumped right on it. The waiting area is SO NICE! Comfy seating, large TVs, coffee bar, pet friendly watering area, and nice, clean restrooms. Great service and the coolest waiting area!
